The City of Miami Police Department (“MPD”) released specifications for a new tow management software solution to be used to manage all the functions related to the MPD’s police-initiated towing process. The MPD was seeking a technology solution to automate its existing manual process for towing vehicles from the scenes of collisions, for arrests, and for impounds. In 2018, Autura deployed its industry leading ARIES technology platform, fulfilling the City’s objectives of automating and streamlining its towing management process.
